The second show on our European tour, this installation was a variation on the Hebel piece. This small shopfront space is leased by Tilman, and Marcus Bering, two German/Belgian artists. Once again we intended each other's work to be viewed as one piece. I used a smaller scale stickie vinyl target applied in a checkerboard pattern, with a small piece on aluminium on the back wall. Jurek installed an altered plastic pool liner which was filled with water. Some of the visual effects of this combination were surprising |
